Fitness is an important part but we wanted to keep it simple.
At minimum, you’ll work out three times a week for the duration of the challenge.
By the time you’re finished, you’ll have completed nine body weight workouts twice.
Why twice? Because we’ve built in progressions to the second half of the challenge so you can see your improvement. So, week 4 you’ll do week 1 exercises again, week 5 you’ll do week 2, and so on. Simple enough, right?
Could we bombard you with countless options to choose for workouts? Sure, but we wanted to make sure we gave you the greatest chance to succeed. Do this in combination with the nutrition and accountability and you WILL succeed.
