My mission is to be a Vessel for God, an Agent for Change and a Force for Good…. To appreciate my blessings and to do healing work for myself and others.
Get clear on your personal mission this week and say it out loud every day, during your workouts to drive it into your nervous system and whenever you question your purpose.
