Happy New Year! Reflect on 2020 and “Leave 20 Behind”!

2021 is finally here!  Happy New Year!

I hope you are starting out well in 2021.

Although I was a bit tired from staying up too late on New Year’s Eve I felt the desire to get outside and move yesterday.

I got in 5.5 miles with a couple of walks in nature.

On my first walk, I was joined by my daughter. We reflected on our wins & victories and challenges & obstacles in 2020 and then talked about our goals for 2021.

Have you taken the quiet time to reflect on your wins & victories of 2020? Most are very aware of their challenges & obstacles and can bring them up on a dime, but are your wins & victories top of mind?

In the next 48 hours or so I encourage you to do a reflection exercise to guarantee an outstanding 2021. Deadline: Do this by midnight January 3rd to ensure success in 2021 🙂

Are you up for an outstanding 2021? If yes, keep reading. I have a short assignment for you 🙂

Take out a piece of paper and draw a line down the center.

On the left side, write down all of your wins and victories in 2020.

On the right side down, write down all of your challenges and obstacles in 2020.

Next, ask yourself if your challenges and obstacles are new to 2020 or have they been problems for years.

I suspect that most of your challenges and obstacles are not new to 2020 🙁

Now, do you want to continue your challenges and obstacles in 2021 or LEVEL UP this year?

I am assuming you want to level up since you are still reading this.

Consider making your challenges and obstacles of 2020 your focus of improvement for 2021.
 For example, if one of your challenges was a lack of exercise, let’s get super specific about achieving daily movement.

Make it a goal to get at least 30 minutes of movement first thing in the morning by joining one of our Livestream workout sessions.

If you are challenged by fatigue and lack of motivation, consider committing to being in bed at 10 pm and shutting off technology between 9-930 pm. This strategy will surely allow you to sleep more & better, which will provide you with mental clarity, energy, weight loss, belly fat loss, and more.

I know you want something more in 2021.

Get clear on WHAT you want and WHY you want it and get it out of your head to ensure even more victories in 2021.
