The word for this week is Nature. Nature is all the animals, plants, and other things in the world that are not made by people, and all the events and processes that are not caused by people.
Are you feeling anxious or stressed?
If yes, there is a good chance you are overconnected and lacking… nature.
Like many I spend way too much time connected to technology and have found that I can only handle so much.
After a couple hours my muscles and joints ache, I feel anxious and my energy feels zapped from the multi-tasking, multiple window operations I tend to do.
I have learned that if I step away and take a walk or even sit outside in nature many of my technology side effects reduce, but oftentimes I just can’t step away.
I have an addiction.
