The Trail Run & Hike Group will meet Saturday, April 13th (7:30 am) at the Cross Country Trail off Ralston in Belmont: Directions go here . The group will do between 3-8 miles depending on desire 🙂 All levels welcome.
If you are up for an added challenge, how about a 2 hour workout each Saturday this month? Join our trail & hiking group @ 7:30 am and follow it up with a 9 am Boot Camp.
