SF Bay Area Fit Body Boot Camp Workout of the Day 1/03/2011

Preparation:

1. Sit-Ups: 15

2. Get-Ups: 2 each side

3. Push-Ups: 10

4. Forward Lunges: 10 each

5. Prisoner Good Mornings: 10

6. One Leg Squat: 10

Perform the following exercises for 1 min in a circuit for 3 rounds:

1.TRX Chest press

2. Sandbag/Plate Get-Up (30s each side)

3. Jog with Medicine Ball

4. Plate Good Morning

5. Mat: One Leg Squat (30s each side)

6. Pull & Rotate-Ropes (30s) & Band Pull-Aparts (30s)
