Get in a group of 4-5 and perform the exercises (1-5) for 1 min in a circuit for 3 rounds. Do #6-cardio as a group and repeat.

2. Swiss Ball Lower Ab 100’s (pulses)
3. MB Figure 8’s
4. Disc Crunches
5. Side Walk with Band- Straight & Bent Legs
6. Cardio-2 Laps
