SF Bay Area Fit Body Boot CampTitle: FBBC Fat Loss Workout 1/31 : Lunges, Step-Ups, Battle Ropes, Pull-Ups, TRX, Speed-Agility
Preparation: Perform the following exercises as quick as possible with good form:
1. Forward Lunges-10
2. Squats-10
3. Dynamic Wood Chops with Pivot: 10 Each Side
4. Close Grip Push-Ups: 5
5. High Knee Run Drill & Down-Ups-30s
Finish with Liners- 3-5 min *80% RPE 6-8 (Intensity)
WOD: Perform the following exercises for 30s each for 3 rounds in circuit:
1. Dynamic Step-Ups (Lead with a different foot every 15s)
2. Battle Ropes: Overhand Rotations with Pivot
3. Towel Pull-Up Assist
4. TRX Triceps *keep shoulders back & down-only do a mini dip so people do not engage upper traps
5. 5-10-5 Drill
6. High Knee Run Drill & Down-Ups (touch ground with chest-not a plank) *perform 6 high knee/toe ups (3 each side and then hit the ground-come up fast and repeat
7. Band Low to High Diagonal Pattern
