SF Bay Area Fit Body Boot Camp2/2 Total Body Tabata Fat Loss Workout: TRX, Battle Ropes, Squats, Long Jump, Planks, Lunges
Preparation:
1. Squats: 10
2. Forward Lunge: 10
3. Bunny Jumps: 20s
4. Long Jump: 5
5. Push-Ups: 5-10
6. Bridges: 10
7. Spider-Pepe (Man) Plank : 5 each side
TABATA: Perform each exercise for 20s with 10 s rest for 8 sets total, complete 1 exercise for 8 sets and move to the next one
1. Walking Runners Lunge
2. Fat Man Rows
3. Spider-Pepe (Man) Plank
4. Long Jump *Jump as far as possible
5. Battle Ropes: Underhand Grip One Arm Laddering *4 sets each side
6. TRX One Leg Squat *4 sets each side
7. DB or Plate Bridge Press *lock shoulders back & down-when done correctly back should arch-we are not worried about the back-this saves the shoulders
