Preparation:
1. Monster Walk: Fwd & Back- 5 Each
2. Push-Ups: 5-10
- Side Lunges: 5 each side
- Cross-Over Lunges: 5 each side
- Squats-10
- Jog: 2 laps
WOD: Perform the following exercises in a circuit for 1 min each for 3 rounds
- Monster Walk-Fwd & Back with Band * 30s Each *Stay Low
- Band High Pull*Lead movement with elbows *Bring Handles to Chest *Keep Lock-Chest Up and Shoulders Back & Down
- Cross-Over Lunges *Keep Knee in Line with Second Toe *Keeps Hips Straight-they tend to drop on this one *3 Bs
- Swiss Ball Push Up *Keep Lock-Chest Up and Shoulders Back & Down *Feet on Ball
- Battle Ropes: Standing Overhand Single Wave with Lateral Shuffle (30s) *Rest for other 30s
- 4 Cone Mirror Running Drill *Mirror Partner in Front (30s each person as the leader) *Each person is in their own square with cones
- Plate Bent Over Rows *Relax shoulders *Keep Lock-Chest Up and Shoulders Back & Down
