Tomorrow is the start of the Three Week Food Preparation Clinics at Optimal Fitness Lifestyle Center.

Tomorrow night the topic is healthy lunches & dinners with my wife, Chris & I. Chris is really the cook in the house and she is awesome! The objective of these clinics are to give you simple recipes to make healthy lunches & dinners for you and your family. If you are the cook in the house, ultimately you are responsible for what the family eats. I guarantee you will come away with some new great ideas that can improve the health of everyone.

Wednesday, May 6th @ 6:30 p.m. you will learn great recipes for lunches & dinners. You will also receive some sample tastings and a manual for your future reference.
