11/12/11 Menlo Park Boot Camp- 7 Core-Cardio Exercises to Get You Fit For Thanksgiving
5-10 Min Jog
Perform each exercise for 1 min for 3 rounds:
1. Crunch with Corkscrew (30s Each Direction) *Support head as needed
2. MB Partner Lateral Shuffle (30 s each side) *Keep feet from touching *Stay low
3. TRX: Y &T *Relax shoulders
4. Swiss Ball: Bridge with Push-Pull *Keep hips up and push right arm up to ceiling while at the same time rolling onto left shoulder and pull back- alt. sides
5. MB Sit-Up Toss * RT-Center-LT (30 s Each) *Quick transition
6. Ladder: In-In-Out-Out (Forwards & Backwards) (30 s each movement)
7. Battle Ropes: Underhand Grip Unilateral Wave (30s) *Forward-Back Jack (30s)
Cool down & stretch (5-10 minutes)
