Obstacle Course: 5-10 min
Perform the following exercises for 1 min in a circuit for 3 rounds:
1. Hand Side Plank with Knee Up (30s each side)
2. Lower Ab Leg Ext/Curl with MB Btw Knees
3. Swiss Ball Bridge with Leg Ext (Hold 2s)
4. Glider Mtn. Climber
5. Straight Leg Pull Throughs
6. MB Wall Oblique Sit -Up
