Tabata Workout: Push-Ups, Squats, Lateral Shuffle, Rows, Sandbags, Speed Exercises, Core Workout 1/12/10
1. Crunches: 10
2. Push-Up: 5
3. Split Squat: 5 Each
4. Prisoner Jump Squats: 10
5. Forward-Back Jog & Lateral Shuffle: 2-3 Min
TABATA: Perform each set of exercises for 20s with 10 s rest for 8 sets total. Complete 1 station for 8 sets and move to the next one
1. Sandbag/MB Swiss Ball Crunch
2. Prisoner Jump Squats
3. Inverted Rows with Feet on Swiss Ball
4. Resistance Band Lateral Shuffle (4 sets each side)
5. Split Squat with Foot on Beam (4 sets each side) *Hold Plate As Needed
6. Glider Push-Up-Pike
7. 3 Cone Forward-Back Shuffle
