SF Bay Area Fit Body Boot Camp Workout of the Day 1/19/2011

 

SF Bay Area Fit Body Boot Camp Tabata Partner Workout: Battle Ropes, Push-Ups, Sit-Ups, Squats, Rows, Ladder Drills 1/19/10

Preparation:

1. Forward Lunges 10

2. Push-Up: 5

3. Squats: 10

4. Jumps: 30s *Variety

5. In-In-Out-Out (20 s leading with each foot)

TABATA Partner Workout: Perform each set of exercises for 20s with 10 s rest for 8 sets total. Complete 1 station for 8 sets and move to the next one

1. MB Partner Lunges (4 sets on each side)

2. Partner Sit Ups with High Five

3. Partner Jump Rope (Each set one of the partners picks the movement with the rope: i.e. high knees, jumping jack, side to side, one foot)

4. MB Partner Push Up & Roll *Switch sides for the push-up each time the camper gets the ball

5. Kneeling Partner Wide Rows

6. Partner Ladder: In-In-Out-Out (Forward & Backwards) *Each set one camper goes forward while the other goes back-switch each set

7. MB Battle Rope Push Press
