Preparation:
Push-Ups: 5
Backwards Lunge: 10 each side
Jumping Jacks: 10
Deep Squats: 10
Single Leg DL: 10 each leg
Commando: 3x
Workout of the Day: Perform the exercises below in an obstacle course for 25 minutes. See how many rounds you can complete.
- Plate Bent Over Rows: 10 *25-45 lbs
- MB Push-Up -Alternate Right to Left (MB Stays in Place): 10 total push-ups
- Single Leg Deadlift (10 each leg) *Move from hip *Straight Leg
- Battle Ropes-Jumping Jacks (20)
- Commando: High Knee (2x Each Leg) Roll Under Beam Get Up (2x)
- TRX Sprinters Lunge (10 Each Leg)
- Pit Crawl or Matt Crawl (1x)
