SF Bay Area Fit Body Boot Camp Workout of the Day 1/21/2011


SF Bay Area Fit Body Boot Camp Total Body Challenge: Battle Ropes, Push-Ups, Squats, Rows, Crawl, Lunge, Deadlift

Preparation:

Push-Ups: 5

Backwards Lunge: 10 each side

Jumping Jacks: 10

Deep Squats: 10

Single Leg DL: 10 each leg

Commando: 3x

Workout of the Day: Perform the exercises below in an obstacle course for 25 minutes. See how many rounds you can complete.

  1. Plate Bent Over Rows: 10 *25-45 lbs
  2. MB Push-Up -Alternate Right to Left (MB Stays in Place): 10 total push-ups
  3. Single Leg Deadlift (10 each leg) *Move from hip *Straight Leg
  4. Battle Ropes-Jumping Jacks (20)
  5. Commando: High Knee (2x Each Leg)  Roll Under Beam Get Up (2x)
  6. TRX Sprinters Lunge (10 Each Leg)
  7. Pit Crawl or Matt Crawl (1x)
