Work for 8 rounds. On each round: 20 seconds of max effort followed by 10 seconds of rest. After 8 rounds of each exercise, rest/transition for 1 minute. Set your timer www.fitlb.com click on “Tabata This” and click the green “Start” button when you are ready to begin.

- Push Ups
- Tricep Dips
- Plank Ups
- Mountain Climbers
- Alt. 1-Leg Pushup
*For Tricep Dips, you can use a sturdy chair, couch, or coffee table.
