The word of the week this week is DETACHMENT.

Detachment also expressed as non-attachment, is a state in which a person overcomes his or her attachment to desire for things, people or concepts of the world and thus attains a heightened perspective. It is considered a wise virtue and is promoted in various Eastern religions, such as Taoism and Buddhism.” Wikipedia

This week, get out in nature, slow down and make time to breathe, and reflect on what you are attached to in life.

Would your life be less stressed if you detached from some of your beliefs, things you desire, people you hang out with, etc.?
