Lower Body Day & Game Day

Lower Body/Core Circuit-Perform 1 Minute Each:

  • Walking Lunges with Trunk Rotation
  • Russian Twist with Head on Ball
  • Wall Squat Hold
  • Side Walk with Band
  • Reverse Back Ext Over Ball
  • Combo Crunch

Game of the week: Flag Football or X-Bike
