Upper Body Day
Core Circuit: 1-2 Sets x 1 Minute Each
- Core Board Push-Up Hold Rotation
- Lunge with Chest Pass (Wall)
- Pull & Rotate-Sled
- Wheel Roll Out
- Side Plank (30 sec each side)
- Medicine Bal Side to Side (Wall)
High Octane Cardio (HOC)
Tire Flip Relay (3/Team): 5 Rounds x 3 Flips Each
Strength Work: 3 Rounds of 1 Minute Each
- Triceps Pushdowns
- Two Way Shoulder DB Raise (Front + Side)
- DB Hammer Curls
- Standing Alternating Row on Free Motion Machine
- *Active Rest: Jumping Jacks in between rounds
