Warm-Up: Perform 2 Sets of the following:
Side Lying Hip AD & AB: 20 Each
Plank-Side Plank Combo: 90 & 120sWOD: Perform the following exercises in a circuit for 1 min each for 2-3 rounds
Side Lying Hip AD & AB: 20 Each
Plank-Side Plank Combo: 90 & 120sWOD: Perform the following exercises in a circuit for 1 min each for 2-3 rounds
- Lateral ball Roll
- Hanging Lower Abs
- Reverse Fly with TRX
- MB Triceps Throw-Wall
- Push-Up Hold with Hands on Ball
- MB Figure 8’s
