Cardio Obstacle Course: 5 Min
Partner Medicine Ball (MB) Core Workout
Perform the following exercises for 1 min each in a circuit for 2-3 rounds:
1. MB Chest Pass
2. MB Kneeling Trunk Rotation (30s each side)
3. MB Kneeling Triceps Throw
4. MB Sit Up Toss
5. MB Modified Superman Pass
6. MB Plank Pass
7. MB Russian Twist with Pass
