Fat Loss Challenge Day – Total Body Workout
Complete 3 rounds of the following exercises in the fastest time possible. Most people will take around 40 minutes to finish. There is no designated rest period, so campers can get water whenever they feel necessary. Record time.
3 Rounds for Time:
¼ mile run (2 laps at SMGC Gym)
30 Full Sit-Ups
25 Double Unders with Jump Rope or 100 Singles with Jump Rope
20 Plank Push-Ups (10 on each side)
10 Forward and Backward Lunges (on each side)
10 Floppy Burpees & Pull-Ups
30 Beam Squats (15 on each side)
20 T Superpepes
Cool Down (5-10 minutes)
