Core/Cardio Workout
Core Workout: Perform 2-3 Sets of the following exercises in circuit for 1 minute (in between each exercise perform jumping jacks for 30 s)
1) Lower Abdominal with Partner
2) Bridge with Leg Raise (30s each side)
3) Push-Up Hold with Knee Up (after 30s alternate knee)
4) Side Plank on Elbow with Side Leg Raise (30s each side)
5) Swimmer (30s)–> Hip Ext (30s)
6) Straight Leg Alternating Oblique Reach
Cardio:
Group Running Drills (10 min): High Knee Run, High Knee Skip, Shuffles, Slaloms-Forward, Lateral, Relay
