SF Bay Area Fit Body Boot Camp Total Body Fat Loss Workout of the Day 10/11/2010
Warm-Up: Perform 1 set of the following exercises:
1. Forward Lunges: 10 each
2. Squats: 15
3. Diamond Push-Ups: 5-10
4. Plank: 30s
5. Forward-Forward-Back Back
6. Jog: 2 Min
Main Workout: Perform 3 sets of the following exercises for 1 min each in circuit (rest for 20s after each exercise and 60s after each round):
- MB Partner Lunge
- Battle Rope Squat & Press (30s) Run (30s)
- Crawl
- Vertical Jumps (30s) Squats (30s)
- Diamond Push-Ups (30s) Plank (30s)
- Forward-Forward-Back Back (30s leading with each foot)
- TRX One Arm Row (30s each side)
