SF Bay Area Fit Body Boot Camp Workout of the Day 11/01/2010
Total Body Workout
Warm-Up:
1. Push-Ups: 5-10
2. Split Squats (5 each side)
3. Single Leg Deadlift (5 each side)
4. Forward Back Hops Over Line (5 each foot)
Perform the following exercises in a circuit for 30 s each side or 30 s total and them move to next exercise (perform 2-3 rounds):
1. Split Squats with Foot on Beam (30s each side)
2. Battle Rope Single Wave on 1 Foot (30s each side)
3. TRX One Arm Row with Rotation (30s each side)
4. Plate Single Leg Deadlift (30s each side)
5. DB Lying Triceps Extension with Bridge (30s)àDb Incline Curl (30s)
6. Forward Back Hops Over Line (30s each foot)
7. Ladder: Carioca (30s each direction)
