Fat Loss Workout
Warm-Up:
1. Push-Up Hold with One Arm Rotation: 3 each
2. 3 Position Plank Jump (on elbows): 30s
3. Backwards Lunge with Knee Raise: 5 each side
4. Squat Foot Touch: 10
5. Side Plank Lift on Hand: 5 each side
6. Nordic Track Scissors: 5 each leg
7. Square Drill Warm-Up: Forwards-Lateral Shuffle-Backwards-Lateral Shuffle: 3
Perform the following exercises for one minute with 20s rest in between exercises. Perform 3 rounds of the exercises below.
1. Push-Up Hold with One Arm Rotation (30s) 3 Position Plank Jump (on elbows) (30s)
2. Step-Ups with Knee Raise (30s each side)
3. Squat Foot Touch
4. Side Plank Lift on Hand (30s each side)
5. Nordic Track Scissors
6. One Arm Assisted Pull-Ups (30s each arm)
7. T-Drill
