Fat Loss Challenge Day – Total Body Workout
Theme: Challenge
Warm up (5-10 minutes)
Partner 100 Have each camper find a partner. Both partners will complete 100 reps of each exercise together (each completing 50 reps of each exercise). One will perform their reps while the other waits and keeps their feet moving. Partners will alternate taking turns completing reps until all 100 reps have been completed. Example: Partner #1 completes 10 squats, then Partner #2 completes 10 squats, and they repeat this 5 times to equal 100 total reps. Have them try to finish all 10 exercises. Let them set their pace and rest when needed.
1- Squat with Calf Raises
2- Mountain Climbers (50 each side)
3- Fat Man Rows
4- Forward Lunges with MB Rotation (50 each side)
5- Close Grip Push-ups (can use knee modification)
6- Frog Jumps
7- Bent Knee V-Ups
8- Wall Ball
9- Modified Superpepes
10- Side to Side Jumps
Cool down and stretch (5-10 minutes)
