TRX Hip Drop (30s each side) 2. Plank Crawl 3. Battle Ropes-Kneeling Rotations (30s) & Bicycle Crunches 4. Disc Crunches 5. Side Steps (straight & bent knees): 30s each 6. Ball Bridge with Leg Raise (30s each side) 7.
