Theme: Total Body Workout-Opposing Muscle Circuit
Prisoner Good Mornings: 10
Split Squats: 5 EachPush-Ups: 5-10Perform each station below for 5 minutes and alternate exercise a & b in each station. After completing 5 minutes in the starting station, move on to the next one. In between each station jog for 2 min. Rest 1 min after the 2 min jog.
a. Ball Squats with MB Btw Knees: 10
b. Plate Deadlifts: 10
Station 2:
a. Split Squats: 10
b. Reverse Hyper: 10
a. Ball Push-Ups (Feet on Ball): 10
b. Fat Man Rows: 10
Station 4:
a. TRX Chest Flys: 10
b. DB Reverse Flys: 10
