SF Bay Area Fit Body Boot CampTitle: Fat Loss Workout 1/24/11: Battle Ropes, Push-Ups, Squats, Lunges, Hops, Plank
Preparation: Perform 2 sets of the following exercises
1. BW Squats with Y- (10)
- BW Squats with Hands Up (10)
- Three Way Lunges (2 each side)
- Deadlift (10)
- Bunny Jumps: 10
- Hops (5 each side)
- Push-Ups (5)
Workout of the Day: Perform the following exercises in a circuit for 2-3 sets for 1 minute:
- MB Three Way Lunges (Forward-Side-Back) *12-3-6 & 12-9-6 Use clock to help people get the movement *Keep 3 B’s move from core not leg (30s each side)
- Battle Ropes: Overhand One Arm Wave (30s each arm) *Two people can do it at the same time *Rope pointed down to ground *Hips Back *2 B’s
- Boxers Squat ( Squat Right & Left) (Pole Over-Unders) *Keep hands up protecting face-like a dodge right to left
- TRX Squats with Y Raise *Relax Shoulders *Hips Back
- Plank Elbow Crawls *Goal opp. arm & leg *Stay low *Butt down *Keep plank-stomach off ground
- One Foot Hops (30s each side) *Modify with step ups as needed
- Glider Push Ups (Move into different positions) *Shoulders down & back *Butt down *Go to knees if butt is up
