Try Burlingame Personal Trainer Brien Shamp’s Total Body Tabata Workout-1/26/2011
SF Bay Area Fit Body Boot Camp: Pull-Ups, Squats, Deadlifts, TRX, Medicine Ball Training, Psuedo Truck Push, Push-Ups
Preparation: Perform the following exercises:
- Split Squats with Press-10 each side
- Deadlifts -10
- Close Grip Push-Ups-5-10
- Mountain Climber-10 each side
- Square Drill-2 *Do around gym
Perform each exercise for 20s with 10 s rest for 8 sets total. Do all 8 sets before moving to next exercise
1. Jumping Pull-Ups *Neutral position *Shoulders down & back *Start in hang position
2. TRX Triceps Ext
3. Square Drill-Fwd, Shuffle, Back, Shuffle
4. MB Split Squat Press (20s each side) *Avoid going straight up for those with shoulder/neck issues *Shoot for eye angle5.
5. Plate Wide Straight Leg Deadlifts * Feet Close*Bend from hip-flat back *Butt out * 2 B’s
6. Isometric Matt Push *Stay low *Butt down *Like a truck push
7. MB Side Facing Trunk Rotations *Eyes on wall
