SF Bay Area Fit Body Boot Camp Workout of the Day 2/07/2011

SF Bay Area Fit Body Boot CampFBBC Fat Loss Total Body Workout of the Day 2/7: High Pull, Lunges, Push-Up, Battle Ropes, Speed, Agility, Rows

Preparation:

1. Monster Walk: Fwd & Back- 5 Each

2. Push-Ups: 5-10

  1. Side Lunges: 5 each side
  2. Cross-Over Lunges: 5 each side
  3. Squats-10
  4. Jog: 2 laps

WOD: Perform the following exercises in a circuit for 1 min each for 3 rounds

  1. Monster Walk-Fwd & Back with Band * 30s Each *Stay Low
  2. Band High Pull*Lead movement with elbows *Bring Handles to Chest *Keep Lock-Chest Up and Shoulders Back & Down
  3. Cross-Over Lunges *Keep Knee in Line with Second Toe *Keeps Hips Straight-they tend to drop on this one *3 Bs
  4. Swiss Ball Push Up *Keep Lock-Chest Up and Shoulders Back & Down  *Feet on Ball
  5. Battle Ropes: Standing Overhand Single Wave with Lateral Shuffle (30s) *Rest for other 30s
  6. 4 Cone Mirror Running Drill *Mirror Partner in Front (30s each person as the leader) *Each person is in their own square with cones
  7. Plate Bent Over Rows *Relax shoulders *Keep Lock-Chest Up and Shoulders Back & Down
