SF Bay Area Fit Body Boot Camp Core-Cardio Day 2/8: Quadruped, Lower Abs, Mountain Climber, Side Plank
1. Begin with 3 Part Supine Breathing-Initiate Breathing with Belly
2. Stretching
3. Cardio-Ladder Drills: March, High Knee Run, High Knee Skip, Lateral Shuffle, Carioca, Hop Scotch, etc
Perform the following exercises in a group for 1 min in a circuit for 2-3 rounds:
1. Quadruped Fire hydrant Elbow to Knee (30s each side)
2. Side Elbow Plank with Hip Drop (30s each side)
3. Crossover Mountain Climber
4. Partner Sit Up High Five Crossover
5. Partner Leg Pulls
6. Side Elbow Plank with Top Leg (30s each side)
Cool Down: Jog Around Gym
