4/4 Total Body Fat Loss Workout of the Day: Battle Ropes, Rows, Deadlifts, Squats, Pull-Ups
Preparation:
1. Squats: 20
2. Boxing: 60s
3. Plank with Triceps Kickbacks (20s each side)
4. Monster Walk-Fwd & Back
5. Single Leg Deadlift (30s each leg)
Perform the following exercises in a circuit for 1 minute each for 3 rounds:
1. Plate Single Leg Deadlift (30s each leg) *Bend from Hip-Flat Back
2. Boxing *Do easy combinations *Use core
3. Plank with Triceps Kickbacks (30s each side) *Use light plate or hold medicine ball *Wide Feet
4. Reverse Pull-Ups
5. Wall Squat Hold with 1 Leg Extended (2-5s Hold and Switch Legs for 1 Min) *Keep Shoulders Back
6. Battle Ropes-Underhand Alt. Wave with Forwards & Backwards Walk (Only 30s)
7. Band Monster Walk-Fwd & Back *stay Low *Keep Hips Forward’ try not to rotate (30s each direction)
