Menlo Park Boot Camp 12/17/11- FREE Community Complete Body Workout

Warm-up (10 minutes)

Perform the following exercises for 30 min for as many rounds as possible:

1.     Apollo’s Lateral Hop- 10 Each

2.     Battle Ropes: Slam- 10

3.     One Leg Squat-10 Each Side *Get Butt Down

4.     Swiss Ball Plate Press- 10

5.     Walk/Run/Jog- 3 Laps

6.     TRX Low Row with Triceps Kickback-10 *Staggered Stance

7.     Partner Assisted Hamstring Curl -10 *Partner doing the movement is kneeling – other is holding feet.

8.     Push-Up Hold with One Arm Rotation-10 Each

Cool down & stretch (5-10 minutes)
