When I posted this on Facebook, a few asked if we were stopping large group sessions.
The answer is no; however, we will continue to add or drop sessions times based upon your attendance. Please make sure you check in so we get accurate numbers.
If there are less than 10 regular participants in a given training session, we can’t afford to keep it on the schedule. If there are more than 25 participants in a regular session, we will work on adding an additional session before or after.
If you know of friends and family that want in on our large group training program, now is the time!
