Set your “Countdown” clock for 20 minutes and see how many rounds you can complete! You MUST complete the TOTAL amount of reps of each exercise before moving onto the next.
- 30 High Knees (Each)
- 30 Jumping Lunges
- 30 Plank to Push-Ups
- 30 V-Up Sit-Ups
- 30 Burpees
