Warm-Up: Self Massage, Stretches
10 Yard Running Drills (Perform each drill 2x):
  1. Forward Jog
  2. Backwards Jog
  3. High Knee March
  4. High Knee Run
  5. High Knee Skip
  6. Lateral Push-Off
  7. Lateral Shuffle
  8. Lateral Cross Over Skip

Perform the following exercises in a circuit for 3 rounds (1 minute each):
  1. Lower Ab Curl Up-Knee Up http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2wUggst2bPA
  2. Swiss Ball Bridges with Leg Ext-30s Each Side (Toes Up) *Hold
  3. Side Crunch- 30s Each Side *Knees Rotated to Side
  4. Band Standing  Side Step (30s Straight & Bent Legs)
  5. Knee Hugs http://www.bodyrock.tv/2011/05/31/amazing-abs-workout/ *Modify with one leg
  6. Prone Bosu Modified Superman *Hold 5s *Start with arms overhead, lift chest and legs of ground while simultaneously bringing elbows to back pockets
