Preparation:

  1. Forward – Backwards Lunges with Opp. Arm Drive: 3 Each
  2. Deck Squats: 5 Harder
  3. Prone Hip Ext: 10
  4. Push-Up: 5-10
  5. Square Drill: Forward Jog–>Rt Shuffle–> Backpedal–> Lt Shuffle: 3 Min

  1. 2 Cone Forward-Backwards Agility Drill *Touch ground with hand with the same leg that plants- inside leg
  2. Deck Squats *Raise Mats as Needed *Perform on 1 Leg to Make Harder
  3. TRX One Arm Row (4 Sets Each Side)  *Lock Shoulders Back & Down *Toes Up
  4. Hyperextension *Squeeze Butt
  5. Swiss Ball Jack Knife- Push-Up *Lock Shoulders Back & Down *Elbows In
  6. 3 Cone Lateral Weave Agility Drill *Stay Low *Quick Feet
  7. Forward – Backwards Lunges with Opp. Arm Drive (4 Sets Each Side)  *3 B’s *Slight Forward Lean Like a Sprinter’s Lunge
