The reason I am  successful in staying in shape is that I have a plan and a formula for success.

Our research has found that the average person that signs up for a gym membership does not go after the first 30 days of their membership, but they continue to pay monthly dues for at least the next 11 months given they committed to the year plan. Many even get locked into a 3 year membership and pay without ever going. The approximately 30% that do use their membership at a health club or gym do not get the results they signed up for given they have no coaching or their personal trainer is not aware of their unique needs.

Many make the mistake in working too hard and get hurt. There is an exercise formula for success and with my  experience working with mom’s, seniors, weekend warriors, those with injuries and elite athletes I know just how hard to push and when to incorporate recovery exercise and principles.

2011 is here and  I am excited to get my programs out to more people who really need it in the Bay Area. In 2009,  I was nominated Best in the Bay for Weight Loss by Best of the Bay KRON 4. In 1999, I was awarded First Place as the World’s Best Personal Trainer by Met-Rx. In 2010, I launched SF Bay Area Fit Body Boot Camp, Menlo Fit and Shamp’s Mini Camps. SF Bay Area Fit Body Boot Camp – Belmont

We offer indoor boot camps Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays @ 6 am , 7:10 am & 9:30 am at San Mateo Gymnastics in Belmont (no class on Tuesdays at 9:30 am). All classes are 50 minutes each. For more on the program go to: www.SFBayBootCamp.com

Menlo Fit – Menlo Park

Attend an indoor adult fitness boot camp every day of the week from 6-10 am at the beautiful Arrillaga Family Gymnasium in Menlo Park. All classes are 50 minutes each. For more on the program go to: www.MenloFit.com

New TRX Boot Camp – Belmont

Starting January 11, this small group training program will be on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:30 pm for 50 min. Space will be limited to 8 people (and there is only 4 spots left as of 12/21) so we can create the best training environment for RESULTS! Shamp’s Mini Camps – Belmont

Shamp’s Mini Camp is at 5 pm on Mondays & Wednesdays for 50 minutes. Starting January 3rd, there will be an additional 6 pm class. Only 10 people per class given it is at our intimate personal training studio in Belmont. For more information: Small Group Training

On Saturday’s @ 7: 30 am am we have a FREE Community Class in the Menlo Park location with the objective of getting the Bay Area to be the fittest in CA. Our goal is 50 people for the Saturday class.
