Burlingame Weight Loss 10/11- Core Exercises That Really Work!              

Obstacle Course: 3-5 Min

Perform the following exercises in a circuit for 3 rounds for 1 minute each:

1. TRX Hip Drop (30s each side)

2. Pitt Crawl

3. Disc Crunches

4. Ball Bridge with March *Head on Ball *Bridge Hips Up & Alternate March with Feet

5. Battle Ropes-Kneeling Rotations (30s) & Bicycle Crunches (30s)

6. Side Steps (straight & bent knees): 30s each

7.Supine Lower Abdominal Knee Ups *Attempt to bring knees straight up with knees bent *Use arms as needed to lift butt off ground

*After each round, walk or jog for 3-5 min

Cool Down: Static Stretching
