Dynamic Warm-Up: (15 min) *Incorporate exercise below for review
Perform the following 8 exercises in a group for 1 min in a circuit.
Repeat above 3 times. *This will accommodate 40 people – 5 per group
1. Plate Standing Side Bend (30s each side) *25lbs & up for plates
2. Bleachers
3. Lower Ab Curl w/MB Under Knee *3 B’s *Lift Tailbone Off Ground *Hold Bleachers to Anchor
4. Jump Rope Jacks
5. Hand Bridge with Leg Raise (30s each side) *Hips up & Level *Turn Fingers Towards Body To Make Easier on Shoulders *Chest up
6. Walk/Jog
7. 90 Degree Crunch with Med Ball Touch *MB Between Knees *Legs Flexed at 90
8. Battle Ropes-Bosu Kneeling Double Overhand Grip Alt. Single Wave (30s each) *Other person will anchor *Quick transition
Cool Down: Static Stretching
