Obstacle Course Jog/Walk: 5 Min
Warm-Up: Perform 2 Sets of the following:
Side Lying Hip AD (bottom leg goes up) & AB (top leg goes up): 25 Each *3B’s
Plank-Side Plank Combo: 90 & 120s *Elbow under shoulder *3B’s *Perform on knees as needed *Butt down
WOD: Perform the following exercises in a circuit for 1 min each for 3 rounds
- Lower Ab Curl *Hands behind head *Lift Pelvis *Control Down *Heel Taps Ground *3B’s *Tongue on Roof of Mouth
- Band Diaganols *Shoulders down & back *Squeeze
- MB Figure 8’s *Lengthened spine *2 B’s *Shoulders down & back
- Butt Pinchers
- MB Wall Sit Up
- Lateral Ball Roll *Keep Hips Up *Shift Weight Right to Left
- Crunch with Straight Leg Cross-Over *Legs Straight *Reach As High As Possible and Reach to Opp. Leg
Cool Down: Static Stretching
