Warm-Up: Perform 2 sets of the following exercises as quick as possible with good form:
Squats-10
Close Grip Push-Ups-10
Lunges wit Arm Raise-10
Sit-Ups with Chops-15
Cobra with Legs Up-10
Workout of the Day: Perform 2-3 sets of the following exercises
1. Battle Ropes (only 30s)
2. Elastic Band Wide Rows Kneeling on Disc or Bosu
3. Prisoner Side Squat
4. Partner Mirror Cone Drill
5. TRX Triceps Ext
6. Wide Plate Good Mornings
7 .Pit Crawl or Matt Crawl
