Burlingame Weight Loss Workout  11/4/11 Menlo Park Boot Camp- Total Body Fat Burning Workout

Preparation: Perform the following exercises with good form:

1.    Squats: 10

2.    Dynamic Squat JumpTouch: 5

3.    Prioner Sit Up Get-Ups: 2 Each Side

4.    Plank Jump Push Up: 5

Workout of the Day: Perform 3-4 sets of the following exercises for 50s:

1.    Dynamic Squat JumpTouch:

2.    Triangle Agility Drill (25s Each) *This is a partner drill. One person is in the triangle and the other shouts which cone to run to. Partners establish which cones are 1,2 &3. The person doing the shouting of cones should also be moving with fast feet in place to keep heart rate up

3.    Battle Ropes- Egg Beaters (25s) *Keep arms close to sides *Activity of choice while resting

4.    Reverse Push-Up (Fat Man Row)  with Alt Knee Up *Raise Knee With Each Row *

5.    Prioner Sit Up Get-Ups: (cross right leg to get up & down  for first 25s and left leg for last 25s)*Use hand as needed to get up

6.    Wall Squat Hold w/ Leg Ext. (Extend Leg for approx 3s each) *Place MB in between legs

7.    Plank Jump Push Up:  *Perform Push-Up, followed by jump forward & back

Cool down & stretch (5-10 minutes)
