Digestion Talk: Acid Reflux, Heartburn, Indigestion, Gas, Bloating, Constipation

On Tuesday, July 26, 2016 Dr. Heidi Dulay and myself held a coaching call on these Digestion Ailments: Acid Reflux/Heartburn & Indigestion/Gas/Bloating

For those who experience digestive ailments, such as acid reflux & heartburn, indigestion, gas & bloating, this blog and coaching call will prove to be priceless. We delve into the gastric world and discover through educational information, tips, and remedies, on how to deal with the chemical cauldron that brews in our guts.

We explored various remedies such as:

  • Hcl. Betaine(hydrocholoride).Hcl is a powerful supplement, which when taken properly can kick-start, and/or promote the healing of acid flare-ups, indigestion, and bloating
  • Natural remedies.Lemon juice, apple cider, and ginger, have long been known as great healers. In order to quell the rise of acid, the corrosion, and fermentation, these natural options can lead to the prevention or cures.
  • Stress.Keeping your stomach relaxed aids in proper digestion, and prevents fermentation. When your mind is stressed, your body is stressed as well. Resetting the way you deal with stress, can easily help in the processing of foods, which lessens your chances of the acid creation that can cause stomach ailments.

Everyone has experienced one or more of these types of stomach ailments, and I feel discussing them openly and honestly, will bring us all positive relief. Dr. Heidi Dulay, provided us with funny and educational insights into how these ailments arise, and how we can prevent them. With these tips, and solutions in mind, we can all move forward with a healthier, calmer, and more balanced body.

And on Tuesday, August 2, we held a coaching call that covered a third Digestion Ailment: Constipation 🙁
Irregularity and constipation are afflictions that stem from various sources. I know that I have, at times, been in such a rush that I haven’t had time to properly chew my food.

In this call, we discussed how irregularity and constipation arise. What we do that leads to this problem. How we can regulate our bowels and body in a more positive manner. Address whether we drink enough water, and how keeping ourselves hydrated can prevent a great amount of issues. How to choose from the many varieties of bottled water. We touch on many topics, including, soluble fiber, non-soluble fiber, absorption of protein, and supplements.

Regular and healthy bowels have a positive impact on how we feel, how much energy we have, and how our body functions. Please listen to this important discussion, and let’s get started on creating better bowel movements!
