I am not a big fan of this beverage, but maybe I should be. I am looking for a new habit 🙂

I just read this article from my partners at Prograde that shows if you do this every morning you can boost your fat burning hormones.

Make sure if you do it, you choose organic because it is loaded with pesticides when not organic.

Do This Every Morning To Boost Fat Burning Hormones,

Just don’t do it past 3 pm or you won’t sleep well!

Some will say it doesn’t affect their sleep, but it does create a lot of hormonal imbalances, so I don’t recommend it.

Oh yeah, please avoid pasteurized dairy with this if you want to stay healthy.

You can add almond milk, coconut milk, coconut creamer and raw milk or cream to improve digestion.
