Here is a recipe from my sister-in-law Susan. She was looking for a recipe for coleslaw without mayo & eggs. Here is a great way to get detoxifying cabbage in your diet:

Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp Raisins
- 1 Tbsp white vinegar (I used apple cider vinegar today and it turned out good)
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 2 Tbsp water
- 1 Tbsp grated onion
- 1 tsp. Dijon
- Salt and Pepper to taste

- Combine all above ingredients in a saucepan
- Once it boils, stir for 30 seconds
- Puree in blender
- Toss with final two ingredients:
- 2 cups chopped cabbage
- 1 carrot – course grated
