[Foodie Friday] Grilled Salmon and Peach Salad – Free Workout Tomorrow

I hope to see you tomorrow for the special Labor Day Boot Camp, Saturday morning at 8:00 or 9:00 am. Coach Trish and I will there ready for you at the Carlmont High School Track in Belmont.

There will be no boot camp workouts on Monday, so let’s have a good session tomorrow so you can’t walk for the next two days. Kidding 🙂

Remember, everyone is invited and the workout will be as challenging as you want to make it. We will give modifications for those with injuries and anyone new to exercise.

This recipe below makes a perfect flat-abs meal. Fresh greens, grilled peaches and tender salmon make a mouthwatering combination.

Enjoy for lunch or dinner.

Servings: 1

Here’s what you need (choose organic ingredients):

  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1/4 cup grilled peaches
  • 1 Tablespoon blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 Tablespoon dried cranberries
  • 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar, olive oil, dijon, garlic mixture
  • 7 oz grilled wild salmon
  1. Toss the greens, peaches, blue cheese, and cranberries in a bowl with salad dressing. Top with grilled salmon.

Nutritional Analysis: One serving equals: 365 calories, 14g fat, 404mg sodium, 15g carbohydrate, 2g fiber, and 39g protein.
